Field Production Control System

The challenge

The company managed the daily production of 50+ field workers using Excel spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Supervisors manually reported hours and output, causing frequent payroll errors and zero real-time visibility for management.

The solution

I built a mobile app for supervisors (QR scanning, hour tracking, works offline) and a web platform with real-time dashboards, production indicators, and automated payroll management.
