The challenge

A manufacturing company calculated worker payments manually, losing hours every week on spreadsheets with frequent errors and no visibility into actual production.

The solution

I created a system where supervisors log production and schedules from a mobile app, and payments are calculated automatically. The web platform allows admins to view reports and manage staff.
